HOLDS

To place a hold, comment with the character you would like held. You should receive a confirmation within 1 day. Holds last for 5 days with three available extensions of 3 days. If a character is marked 'in processing' this indicates that the moderators have received an application but have yet to make a decision about it or are in the process of adding the character to the community.

CHALLENGES

Challenges to holds are allowed. A number in parentheses beside a name — (2), for example — indicates there are that many holds on that character. Challenges have 5 days to complete their application. No extensions will be granted unless the first hold falls through. After the character is marked 'in processing' challenges are no longer allowed. Only holds made before the character is marked in processing will be considered.

REJECTED APPLICATIONS

If your application is rejected, you're free to re-apply for this character and inquire why your application was rejected at vocaladrenalinemod@gmail.com. If you're asked for a re-write, you'll be asked to elaborate on certain areas because the mod was undecided and wants a better feel of your character before making a decision. Re-writes are treated as holds. Re-writes are not allowed extensions.

CHARACTERS

Original characters are necessary, so go wild! Canon characters must be created as close to canon as possible. Students at other schools are not available for application at this time. If there is sufficient activity at Carmel, this may change. In the meantime they are NPCs.

PLAYED BYS

This RP holds PBs on a first come, first serve basis. They are not permitted to be challenged. Please remember that PBs should be age appropriate. Also, there should be a suitable amount of clear icons for your character. Try here for a long list of icon makers and tips for uploading multiple icons quickly or transferring icons to a new account. pb_updates, wikicon, and Hollow-Art.com are all resources I have found helpful in the past.
